Hi! My roomie is moving home to save some money. I have a Korean Jindo dog who is super chill. I adopted her 4 years ago she doesn’t bark or go on furniture legit just chills requires very little attention. I work a loose 9-5 schedule and coach a swim team in Long Beach Tu-Th and get home at 9:15pm those nights. I am 35, and RARELY have one friend over once in a while. Never to party. When i’m at home I a usually in my room sleeping ha. I have a small office in the apt where I work from (I have two small rooms) the one for rent is the large room. I don’t really cook and try to keep the place clean. I am not OCD clean. It is a bit of an older apartment but for the price and location it’s worth it.
