About Me

I'm super flexible and accommodating...but we're not actually going to live together, that's why I'm subletting my place from Monday thru Friday. I'm a grad student headed back to school a little while away and will live on campus over there during the week; and will likely only be back on the weekends periodically; not every weekend, but most. I'm looking for someone clean, quiet and cool who can comfortably and conveniently co-exist independentaly in the space when I'm not here. This building is perfect for a USC student, plenty of other Trojans in this building actually. Building has: fitness room, courtyard w/ multiple seating areas and a pool, clubhouse w/flat screen TV, another clubhouse w/full kitchen to host parties, pool table, ping-pong table, cyber room w/computers and wifi for those w/laptops, 24/7 concierge service + more As far as the photos I just want you to get a feel for the space, it's industrial---and will look totally presentable once I clear my minimal stuff out, its clean now, but clearly messy cuz I'm a bachelor...what'd you expect?
