The house is located in a very central location (university city, 10 minutes away from uptown), surrounded by restaurants, parks, UNCC, the light rail, and a lot of other activities. Very friendly neighborhood. I am a kind, clean, and organized roommate who respects other people and their property looking for drama-free roomies who can do the same. I can send more pictures of the house upon request! There are two bedrooms that are available and 1.5 bathrooms available as well. The house itself is pretty big; we have another spare room for storage or an office, a laundry room, two living rooms, a kitchen with a very spacious pantry, a dining room, and a two car garage.
