All of my hobbies are quiet and the home is built such that the living space can be easily separated between the upper and lower floors so only the kitchen and laundry machines are needing to be shared. My bedroom is on the basement level and the other rooms are on the ground floor. I like to socialize but don’t need to if preferred.

I’m a 33-yo engineer, looking for one or more male roommates to join me in the rental I live in.
Size: 2,300 sqft with two floors, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.
Location: Montclaire neighborhood with neighborhood access to Little Sugar Creek Greenway. There are also beautiful wooded backyard trails directly behind the house! This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood that’s centrally located for easy access by car or bicycle to surrounding places in Charlotte.
Rent: total is $2,760 and would be split in half equally if one roommate wants to use all of the three open bedrooms.
