Shared spaces include gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, large living room w/huge sectional couch, flat screen TV and large gas fireplace, dining room w/4-place table, large formal dining room w/8-place table, upstairs features billiard table and shuffleboard table, full guest bathroom w/tub/shower, laundry room w/washer and dryer and 1/2 bath, large front porch w/sky-chairs, large back patio with gazebo, couch, chairs and BBQ, jacuzzi tub w/ composite deck surrounding, huge grass backyard with sunset views and no neighbor houses behind. Their is ample off street parking on our dead end cultisac rd. We have a walking, jogging, bicycling trail around our development. The home sits in the back of the development. Landscaping and other maintenance will be done by owner.

No drugs. Six month lease term then month to month thereafter. Smoking is allowed outside. If you choose to have a pet please clean up after him or her. Don't leave your stuff in common areas and please clean any spills or other messes promptly. Garbage service is included in your rent and garbage day is every Monday.

Owner is an easy going single father who was owner and president of a roofing company for over 31 years and an entrepreneur. 17 year old son is fit, friendly and helpful. 3 female roommates work a lot and have off property social lives to attend too.
