I have 3 indoor sweet cats. I’m easy to live with, helpful and funny. I prefer an elderly female however If you are a very nice man in his 70’s who can combine your income with mine for a companionship relationship that could work too. Widow for four years. My very nice son and wife live around the corner and helps with chores. My roommate is engaged so she will be moving out shortly. I need a roommate desperately. When she moves you won’t have to share a bathroom. Home is 1550 sq feet. Nice backyard with tall white fence.
