I am looking for a female roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2br apartment in Inwood. Inwood is a vibrant community with tons of shopping as well as delicious and affordable restaurants. The apt is two blocks from both the A train and the 1 train for easy access and commute. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared spaces. I am a single 22 year old female who attends grad school full time and work full time. The rent would be split in half, so $1100 each, and we would split utilities as well. Heat and water are included in the rent so it would just be electric and internet that would be split. The room is partially furnished - I have a brand new mattress but no other bedroom furniture.
