We are looking for someone to take over our 3rd bedroom in a three bedroom apartment in Manhattan's Financial District/ Seaport Area. The apartment is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom that you would be moving into. The room itself is the smallest and most affordable room in the apartment at 1,150 per month. It fits a full sized bed, dresser, night table, small TV and has a full sized closet. The living room is spacious and there is a really nicely-sized kitchen. The two roommates that you would be living with are very respectful, nice and fun guys in their mid-late 20's. We're not big partiers and are excellent and supportive roommates. The building is steps away from virtually every subway line you'd need and is a close walk to all of the fun downtown neighborhoods including TriBeCa, LES, Chinatown and Little Italy. The building comes with a doorman, a gym, laundry room, beautiful roof deck and rec room that has a brand new pool table. You can't do better on amenities than this building.
