I'm moving from Miami but have lived in Portland, OR and Denver. Background in policy work, running campaigns, cross-partisan research, etc. currently in transition to tech space. I have a double bachelors' in econ and communication studies, currently pursuing a law degree which brings me to NYC! Don't expect to be home very much, but when I am, I'm clean (sometimes a little messy but never dirty - you get it), love to exercise (so proximity to gym is important), and only looking for chicks!

Looking for roommates/friends/people to connect with in NYC. Not super familiar with the city, so would love to be an addition to a group or apartment rather than lead the search on my own.

A few things:
-I love tennis, skiing, and boating. currently learning to golf
- Fine w/ pets, friends over, etc.
-Looking to move June 15th-ish
-Very interested in fintech/Web3 space, attending NFT NYC
-Proximity to subway is very important to me, and living in a neighborhood that is lively - I adore going out to lounges/speakeasies/jazz clubs
