My intentions are to locate an appealing place with an impressive view. One condition that is critical is not to be in the epicenter of crowded parts of the City (i.e. Midtown and Manhattan, in general). One option is on the South Shore of Long Island near the ocean. Because I am single, roommate(s) that would be interested in going out to meet new people are important. Personally, I am not a drinker but the establishments were individuals drink are of interest to find women. The roommate(s) must be single, intelligent, and understands the importance of cleanliness.
