AUGUST IS ALREADY PAID IN FULL. Move in now and your first rent payment is not due until September 1. Every day the room sits, free days burn off, so the sooner you sign, the more you save.
$0 DUE AT MOVE-IN. My $3,500 security deposit is already on file with building management and transfers to you in the lease paperwork. When the lease ends, you collect that $3,500 back, even though you never paid it in.
NO BROKER FEE, NO SUBLET RISK. This is a clean lease takeover handled by the building's leasing agent: my name comes off the lease, yours goes on. You sign directly with management as a full tenant, not a subletter.

My family is relocating to New York and I am moving in with them. Nothing wrong with the apartment, I will genuinely miss those terraces.
