Hello! I’m Jacob and I’m looking for a roommate starting July. I live in a sunny 3rd floor 2Bed/1Bath apartment in Logan Square/Avondale. The closest cross streets are Diversey and Pulaski. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage and sunlight. Kitchen has a dishwasher. Laundry is in-building. The apartment is heated by radiators and cooled by window units (I have two window ACs, but a 3rd would be needed).

Location: This 3-story apartment building overlooks Kosciuszko Park. We are a 15-minute walk from the Logan Square Blue Line and a 3-minute walk from the Diversey 76 bus. There is ample free parking on all streets adjacent to the apartment.

Rent is $880 a month. Gas and electricity average about $40 per person a month.

No Pets.

A little about me:

I am a 28-year-old gay man who works as an elementary school counselor, so all of my work is in person during school hours. Occasionally work a second job in the evenings. I enjoy having people over every once in a while to cook dinner, watch movies, or play board games.
