Hi everyone! I'm Kevin and I'm looking for a new roommate. I've been living in the city for almost 2 years now with the same roommate. However, my current friend is looking to move back home. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Despite being on the 5th floor without an elevator, the pricing is quite competitive for Hudson Yards. I would love to find someone to take the other room. Move-in is scheduled for June 30th, but I'm flexible on the move-in date. If you need to move in before or after that date, it shouldn't be a problem as my roommate is a close friend and I'm sure they wouldn't mind moving out sooner if necessary. I just created my account today, so I'll upload some pictures of the apartment soon. A quick note: the living room will be cleared out when my friend moves out; we're currently in the process of moving.
A little about me: I'm 25 years old and have been living in the city for almost 2 years now. I work in finance and am typically out of the house Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm. I'm super easy-going, and all I ask is that you pick up after yourself. My roommate is one of my close friends, so we often hang out together, but if you prefer your own space and independence, that's totally fine with me too.
