Start the new year with me. UTA students, I am 2 miles west of UTA. Perfect place to work from home with high-speed internet, with a private desk and TV in your room. West Central Arlington Texas, one bedroom for rent, in a very nice, clean and very quiet 2 ½ bath townhouse. I only rent for 30 days or more… Join me in sharing my home having your own private bedroom with a queen size bed and a Private Bathroom. Preferred gender would be male. I welcome everyone from all walks of life, regardless of race, nationalities, cultures, sexuality (LGBTQ), marital status, spiritual preference, pole dancers and anything else I have missed here. W Division and Bowen area. This is a nicely furnished bedroom, for $900.00 monthly with all bills paid, for a single person. There is no long-term lease required. 2nd floor has fairly new carpet, I require you to vacuum it weekly or I will vacuum your room. And I do robo vacuum it around 1st of the month. PLEASE NOTE !!!!!! I AM VERY SENSITIVE TO COLOGNE, PERFUMES, AIR FRESHENERS, OR ANY ITEM THAT LISTS FRAGRANCE ON IT. PLEASE DO NOT USE OR KEEP ANY OF THESE ITEMS IN THE HOUSE WHILE STAYING HERE. Included are many extras, including coffee, many teas, bread, milk, cereal, rice, spices and many other kitchen items. Also, other items such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap. Basically, bring your clothes and toothbrush! I require an application for acceptance. The application and complete background check fee is $35.00. Security deposit will depend on your background check. This is a very clean townhouse with 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen, Dining and Living are common areas. Only one person cooking at a time in the kitchen. There is a washer/dryer you are welcome to use. There is wireless internet and NetFlix, plus local channels. Sorry, No Pets. I have 2 kitties. Little Bit a black female, born 4/1/2022 and Angel, a Siamese female, born 7/26/2022. and they cannot be terrorized by other animals in the house.
