Paige F - $1,000/month

Hi I’m Paige. I’m originally from Newtown, Connecticut and have lived there for the past year. I have one cat named Sasha Fierce who is 14 years old and likes to stay in my room. My friends would describe me as outgoing, dependable, independent, & funny. On the weekends I spend time outside and visiting with friends. One of my favorite things to do is find new unique coffee shops in the area.

I’m an Assistant Fashion Designer, and my work schedule is 9am-6pm however, my hours do increase during deadlines usually until 8pm at the office. I am usually in bed by 10:30PM and up by 7am. On the weekends I’m usually in bed by 12am and up by 10am.

I’m a social person and I don’t mind having a space where a small group of people can come over. However, I would like to know ahead of time. I am looking for a person or people that I have a friendly rapport with but are also independent, considerate, clean, and quiet.

My monthly budget in rent is a minimum of $800 and a maximum of $1,000. I’m hoping to find spaces in Manhattan in the mid to upper west side, mid to upper east side (not past 95th street), and I am also open to Queens. I need my own bedroom, and I am looking for a new roommate or roommates (1-2). If bedrooms are sized differently enough to change pricing, I’m happy to discuss staying in a smaller room.
