Looking for Roommate October 1st in Bushwick

Looking for a roommate to fill the 1 room we have available in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Our home is located in Bushwick. Available October 1st for the remaining 9 months of our 12 month lease. It’s $1,100 per room, $1,100 Deposit. Utilities not included.

Our place has:
-Washer/dryer in unit
-New small dishwasher
-“Latch” branded key pad
-Full bathrooms
-Full-sized bedroom, good sized closet
-8 minute walk from FoodBazaar
-2 minute walk to the M Line
-6 minute walk to the L Line

May need to be a heavy sleeper to ignore the train going by. Looking for a roommate who is:
Clean, diligent about keeping doors locked, good credit score, maintain excellent financial standing, are able to pay rent on time, and have no pets.

We are very clean, typically vacuum, mop, and dust once a week. Looking to live with people who contribute to shared household chores such as taking out the trash, washing dishes, unloading the dishwasher, and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces including the refrigerator. We're heavy sleepers and social people so having company over any day doesn't bug us, just be courteous. We think the room is best suited for someone with a late night schedule due to local nightlife.

Roommate 1 - 28 years old, recently accepted into a couple private nursing schools in New York and will start attending one this Fall. She’s a social person from a hick town in California who enjoys dirty martinis, reading psychological thrillers, and going out to see stand-up comedy shows.
Roommate 2 - Recent grad student from NYU for Acting and Psychology. He’s a lively extrovert who enjoys many liberal arts inspired endeavors.
Her black cat, Boo - She wandered into our living room on Halloween night 3 years ago and has been a beloved member of our home ever since. She's described by the vet as "politely sassy" and very friendly.
