Hi, I’m Jena. I grew up in Round Rock and my house was built in August. I’m hoping to find a roommate who enjoys trashy reality TV, wine nights, and dogs. I work in marketing for a commercial general contractor and will be in the office M-F. I typically go to the gym 4 days a week (even if I don’t look like I do hah!) I have a German shepherd mix and am open to a roommate bringing a pet, if an in person meet and greet goes well.

I’m offering 1 or 2 10x10 bedrooms and a private bathroom, driveway parking, a large backyard, covered patio with a fire table. (Shared Kitchen, washer dryer and living room of course!) The neighborhood has two great parks and the Brushy Creek hike and bike trail is about a 1/4 mile away.

No smoking of any kind indoors.

I’m asking for $1,200 + utilities for 1 bedroom, and $1,400 + utilities for both of the spare rooms. If You’re a couple, the rates will be higher and utilities split accordingly. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. I’m flexible on lengths of lease.
