Hardwood floors throughout with carpet in bedrooms. Two private unfurnished bedrooms and shared full bathroom available. One room has a small balcony. The shared bathroom has a separate vanity/sink room and a toilet, bath/shower room. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, hiking trails, and close to several freeways (210/605/134). We are looking for a neat/clean, respectful, friendly, and responsible non-smoking, drug-free professional to share with two professionals male/female over 35. Our household culture is being respectful of one another and keeping all shared spaces clean and free of private belongings. Rent is $1000 for each room. Rent includes shared furnished living room, kitchen, loft area, and washer and dryer. Utilities, Internet, and cable split by 4 people (no exception). Looking for at least three month commitment.
