Hi there, I’m Michael!

I’m 24 years old and working as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in lower Manhattan. I'm looking to sign a 12+ month lease sometime in between June to October with one or two roommates (very flexible on a move date- but trying to avoid the peak of summer months). Ideally, I’d like to move to the UES, but I am open to other neighborhoods as well. My budget is around 2.8k but willing to be flexible for the right place. Currently looking for 2BD/2BA (or 3BD/2BA) apartments.

A little about me:
* I enjoy going out and meeting new people, but also appreciate my downtime at home
* Trying new restaurants, running, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and my boyfriend are some things I like to do
* I am a clean and organized person and very respectful of your space
* I will be working the night shift, so I'll be gone from 6:30p-8a 3-4x a week, so you would have the apartment to yourself during that time
* I have 2 friendly 2 year old cats- definitely plan on keep the place clean and having an air purifier (ironically, I am allergic to them)
