Hello!! Looking for 3 people to rent rooms in my house! It’s 4 bedroom 2 bathrooms shared. I’m a masters student, I keep to myself. I don’t care if someone has their partner over a few times a week, I just prefer that u keep things down. Looking for a clean person that can consistently pay rent on time. It’s all bills included fyi. If u can respect others and clean after urself we won’t have issues :) it would be a problem if u can’t get along with other tenants though. Not saying u have to talk to anyone, but being polite is a must. Being nasty to others or having fights with partners in the house will not be tolerated. I’m a very friendly person so please just be respectful and pay ur rent on time and we will be good :)
