Looking for roommate ( DEN + living room+ individual bathroom)

I am a student studying architecture at U of T. I am looking for a roommate who is a student as well (age 20-25). Being clean, hygienic, and quiet is an absolute must. This ad is for the DEN, living room and separate individual bathroom, not a bedroom. You will need to provide your own bed (2m length). This ad is for 1 full year (12 months) of rental paid monthly. WIFI and all utilities will be covered by me. There is in unit washer and dryer.

The property is a condo unit named College Park 1 located on Bay Street. It is a 2 minute walk away from grocery, hardware stores, entertainment, restaurants, TTC, and health centers.

Notes:

Landlord doesn't allow pets but if its something like fish or whatever it doesn't matter. This building is strictly no smoking or vaping and will fine you if detected.

We have really good concierges and free use amenities on the second floor.
