I’m looking for a professional-ish, creatively minded roommate/couple (30s–50s) to share my Santa Monica sanctuary.

It’s a cottage-like home on almost 8,000 sq feet of property; fruit trees, an outdoor office for focused work, peaceful living and creative momentum.There’s a BBQ, fire pit, tool bench and workshop, cozy, comfortable, and easy to love where you live.

WHAT: Sharing a fully furnished, 2Bdr house, great flow and feel, room for your creative touch.

WHEN: Jan 15th onward. Minimum 3 months,, open to long-term if we’re a good fit.

RENT: $1850–$2250/month, depending on which room you choose.

WHO: A 30s–50s amazing human (or couple) who wants to co-create an intentional, peaceful, living environment. You communicate well, are grounded in your work, and like a home where people gather naturally. Burner-adjacent or other open-hearted communities welcome.

PERKS: Driveway parking, washer/dryer, beach adjacent, and easy access to the 10 and 405.
