1 Bedroom SUBLET near Prospect Park

Hi! We’re looking for 1 roommate to take a FURNISHED bedroom (queen bed, sitting chair, etc) to complete our 4 bed/2 bathroom apt. We’re only ONE block away from Prospect Park/Brooklyn Public Library/Grand Army Plaza & around the corner from the 2/3

The other roommates: Eleni (me) 23, Jack, 27, & William, 32. Room is great for someone who wants good relationships/is friendly w they live with, is tidy, and good with communication. We’re very social and love meeting new people, but like quiet and calm in the house (Jack and I work from home, and Wil works nights). We love having people over, but would absolutely give warning (No surprise late night raves, etc)

ideally want those interested in staying until May 31 2022, however we’re open to people who want to stay for a shorter time. Move in ~Dec 3rd (the day our subletter moves out) but we’re flexible!
