Hello!

I am looking to rent an efficiency ~entire-place~ or private room with a private bathroom temporarily for the next few months. That being said, I'm open to considering share, either with some tenant for subletting or landlord. Furthermore, I would like to join reliable people with a good quality of life sense in preferably in Northeast Miami. I have no pets, I like my living space to be clean and tidy, I'm single but not looking any relation I keep my life drama free, I'm just a creative-intellectual simply looking for a new home for my portable atelier and I, with a like-minded individual or individuals.

Little about me, some advertising too. Being, however, a very active hard-working creative my daily routine makes me a very homey person. I graduated with a bachelor of architecture degree with a major in construction management and specialized in visual arts. Besides working, I dedicate my free time to photography, post-editing and blog writing, media admin. I love listening to music while paint or sketch, learning mixing music w/portable dj-mixer. I also love walking, sightseeing, visiting museums, attending cultural events. I enjoy anything on the beach like frisbeeing, surfboarding, swimming, snorkeling, and long walks.

Currently, I'm visiting my family in Europe, taking a break before going back to Florida. I had planned to arrive during the first week of November, tentative 4th.
