I've lived in this building for more than three years and am obsessed with it! It's steps away from Union Square and basically any subway line; is surrounded by the best shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and fitness studios; and has a killer rooftop view, stellar central air, 2 full baths, laundry, gym, doorman, dishwasher, and gas range. It's three blocks from Trader Joe's, next door to a WeWork, and you could basically crawl to CVS, Bed Bath and Beyond, or H&M if you wanted to... prove a point.

Despite its bomb location, it's super quiet, and the bedroom up for grabs has a ton of light (pls note it's unfurnished and as you can see from the pics has temporary walls). I'm looking for someone to sign a 1-year lease who preferably works regular hours and is clean but also chill (tough combo). About me: I'm an easygoing 31-year old woman who runs her own business in the wellness world. I love: my job, taking advantage of the city's epicness, boutique fitness, and dating* (*loves most of the time).

Finally, it's actually $2030/month but I know many of you are searching 2000 and under, so given it's only slightly more I wanted it to still show up in your search :).
