Hi! Offering a bedroom with en-suite bathroom in Elmhurst for $950! You’ll be sharing the flat with two females: a teacher in her 20s and a financial analyst in her 30s. You’ll be signing a lease for a year. Utilities average about $75 a month for electric, gas and internet.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet and gets along with others. Someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves is a must.
