Emily H - $750/month

Hello there, I’m looking to move out by the end of March. My budget, max would be 750 so two bedroom 1,500 or less. I’m a fairly introverted person, so I’m not a loud roommate and will give you your space. I do cook a lot, by a lot I mean like once a week (I’m a chef and I love food) and of course I will make a plate for you! I do prefer gas stoves when renting, but it’s not a do or die situation. I’m looking for something in midtown or downtown. I work downtown and plan on taking the transit to work (I have a car but have to pay for parking which is around 200 a month so I’m trying to avoid that). I’m not a clean freak but I do believe in cleaning up after myself and not doing things like leaving dishes in the sink until the end of days.
