Hi! I'm Claire. I'm currently working in Glendale but will move office to Berverly Hills in Sep, so I'm looking for a roommate in advance.

I actually have two cats (they don't have that option to show it). I prefer to keep the room clean. An apartment with in-unit washer and dryer would be ideal. I like to cook sometimes and I'd love to share food. Occasionnaly (once a month) my boyfriend will stay over or friends will come visit. I will be needing a parking space.

It would be great if you:
Have no pets. Because one of my cats is very shy. She couldn't handle other animals :(
