Hi:) currently in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment in lower east side, but my 2 roommates are leaving:( (moving cities / moving in with family), so looking to find new roommates to fill their rooms. rooms are a nice size (one has its own balcony, the other it’s own bathroom), and there’s a good sized common area with kitchen with dishwasher. The building has an elevator, laundry, and exercise room.

I'm friendly and definitely easy going. love to have a good time and go out sometimes, but also respect the need for quiet r&r time. I don't have any pets, but am pet friendly:) would love to be friends with my roommates
