Unfurnished Room w Ensuite Bathroom

The room for rent comes with a private bathroom and bonus storage area. The home is a little odd - it's technically a house but it feels much more like an apartment. The home is two floors but the downstairs is only the one bedroom/bathroom for rent and the laundry. Upstairs is my bedroom/bathroom and the kitchen. There is no living room, but there is a nice patio and a dirt area with fake grass. There is also a garage for extra storage. It's a super cute place and would be a great spot for someone who works a lot/isn't home a ton or someone who just wants to save a bunch. If you end up touring the place I'll tell you more it and give you the details about the rent and utilities (which are super cheap). Also, there's no strict move-in timeline but I would prefer to get a roommate as soon as possible :)
