The roommate will be added to the lease and will be asked to sign a roommate agreement. The roommate will pay rent every month to the leaseholder.

*additional info: This is a beautiful newly renovated home with a good location for anyone using TTC. Good access t grocery stores, restaurants, and busses right outside the doorstep. This unit has a livingroom, kitcken and 1 bathroom as well as a washer and dryer.

The apartment is 90% furnished (as the previous roommate will be taking a dew things). We ask the new roommate to bring some of their own furniture or to purchase after moving in as a contribution to the home. There is also a bed and dresser in the room that is available to purchase.

We are looking for a friendly/clean roommate that shares similar values as us, as having a comfortable home is most important. We ask that when applying, you send a brief description of yourself with things like hobbies etc.
