Mature, quiet single guy living in a 4-bedroom house with 2 others seeks a new roommate to join us when one of our previous tenants moves out. All current roommates work in different disciplines within the film industry (producer, writer, archivist/librarian) and get along great, we’re a laid back bunch who also volunteer within the community, are involved in church, and like to watch films together and share occasional meals and such. Our lease is rent controlled and we are month-to-month now, but we’ll give priority to anyone who can verbally commit to a longer stay up front only because we’d rather not go through the search again in 2 or 3 months if it can be avoided.
