I love interior design, landscaping and water gardening, reading, dining out, watching movies, working out, skiing, beaching, traveling, riding minibikes and ATVs, going to art shows, galleries, exhibits and live music festivals, and Comic Con.
I worked for the past 16 years in the interior design industry both designing interiors for luxury clients and on the product/brand end of the spectrum as the Marketing Director for interior design manufacturers and showrooms. I have recently crossed over my vast experience leading digital marketing for the interior design industry to working in IT and Computer Science roles for other industries. I am a UX, web design, and software development expert and my passion is technology.
Regarding Covid I take precautions and adhere to the CDC & gov't guidelines to stop the spread seriously. I social distance, wear a mask & don't frequent public, crowded places. I am seeking a roommate who takes this equally seriously.
As a single women living in a big city I also take general safety very seriously & do not engage in reckless activities that could endanger my or anyone else's safety. For this reason I am very selective with who I let into my home & need someone like-minded who would not engage in any precarious/reckless activities.

Conveniently located near countless awesome restaurants, bars, Whole Foods and other grocery stores, Target, Costco, Staples, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, NYSC, Blink, Planet Fitness, all major banks, Duane Reade/CVS, the post office and more.
Safe, quiet and clean neighborhood with street parking.
There are several parks are in the area including St. Nicholas Park and Central Park, along with the running paths on the East River, Harlem River Drive.
Your bedroom:
Spacious private room (approx. 20’ x 15’ = 300 sq. ft) with a large window and a closet with a built-in closet system.
Fits a king or queen size bed, nightstands, dresser, etc. comfortably.
A/C already installed for summer months. We’ll split electricity bill for the three months of summer only.
My room is completely private too across from and down the hallway.
Apartment:
High ceilings, hardwood floors throughout.
Well-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer in unit.
Please note, the living room is off limits as that is my room and office area.
