We live in a 3 bedroom townhome near downtown. The bedroom on the first level is available for rent and we all share the rest of the house. The available bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a rooftop terrace with excellent view of downtown. We enjoy socializing, watching sports, and playing video games and board games etc. We are also respectful of others and their daily routines. We are careful about covid. We prefer if our new roommate will be cautious about covid as well (wearing masks if we need to go into public buildings at minimum).
