We are looking for someone to take over the third room in our 3-bed apt starting Sept 1 (one-year lease, could potentially move in earlier). We have a new apartment in the Prospect Lefferts Neighborhood of Brooklyn. We were the first people to live in the apartment and in this building so everything is very modern. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Only 2-3 blocks from the 2/5 station and a 12-15 min walk to the Q train. Get into Manhattan within 25 minutes.

There are currently two of us living here and we are both young professionals. I am female and my roommate is a gay male. We work 9-6 every weekday and are looking for a respectful and kind roommate to join us.
