Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of my lease (goes through September) in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Quincy so I can move either January or Feb 1 at the latest. The place is a spacious first floor of a house a short walk from the Wollaston subway station. My roommate who is planning to stay is a 25-year-old woman who enjoys hiking, painting, and poetry. She likes adventures in the city but also staying in with a craft or a few episodes of Gilmore Girls. In the time I have lived here, we have been very clean and valued cleanliness over tidiness. It's a quiet neighborhood but convenient, and our upstairs neighbor is a very nice elderly gentleman.
