Hi all!! I have two bedrooms I’m going to rent out. They both look the same and will share the same bathroom (room shown in pictures is closest to the stairs). Both rooms are fully renovated, with new paint, floors, etc. They both have extra storage closets next to the room/ bathroom. Looking for someone to start renting by December 1st, 2025!

I’m looking for ALL female roommates, preferably students (like me). The house is located on Ward Rd., Glen Allen VA 23059. I’m located ~14 mins away from Scott’s Addition in Richmond and ~20 mins away from VCU. I live super close to Reynold’s community College as well (less than 10 mins).

- Extra bed frames, + mattresses and other furnishings available on request for students!! (I have a lot of extra things that I can place in the room if you’d like for no extra charge)

- Close to I-95 and Route 1!!! Safe area with a lot of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and stores.

EXTRA DETAILS:

No pets allowed... I love animals but I have a senior cat (11 wise years) that will be living in the house and he is very shy and was raised an only child- he can’t be around other cats/dogs. He is very sweet though and loves pets.
