Hi everybody! I am currently looking for 2 roommates to move into my apartment with me. It is located in Spring Hill, TN right off of Port Royal exit. It is fully furnished with the exception of the bedrooms ( 2nd bedroom in photos is my bedroom). Up to 2 pets are welcome onto the lease, with no breed restrictions.(25$ a month fee per pet). Rent which includes water is $631.66 a month, internet is $31 each person, the only variable being our electricity bill every month. Total you should pay every month should be right around 700$.
