Hi, I’m 32 and giving Miami a try to see how life feels here. I’m open to a 6-month to 1-year lease. I work fully remote in journalism/media, so I’m usually home during the week, but I like to get out and enjoy myself on my off days.

I have a 1-year-old Shihpoo puppy — a girl (small, sweet, and a little sassy).
I don’t smoke, I socially drink, and I keep a pretty low-key home life. I’m super clean when it comes to shared spaces like the kitchen and living room, and I’m respectful about noise and personal space.

I’m social and open to being friends with roommates, but sometimes work drains me, so I may be quiet at times but it doesn’t mean anything’s wrong. I really value communication when it comes to things like having guests over or setting boundaries. Overall, I’m easygoing, respectful, and good at minding my business.
