I’m a 28 year old woman, recently divorced. I have a one story house in Parker Colorado that is very close to the main highway i25. Easy 30 minute drive into Denver. I have two dogs and two cats. You would have a bedroom, a bathroom. We would share the laundry room, kitchen, living area, and backyard. My ideal roommate would be accepting of the occasional party at the house and be ok with my pets.
