Hey! We are looking for roommates (Co-Ed) for the next year from August 1st 2023 to 2024. The rent will be $1160/ month PER bedroom (excluding utilities, which will be an additional of about $30 per person). There will be a one time security deposit of $1660, which will be returned to you when the lease ends.
