The room is single occupancy, computer desk, an office chair, and a dresser, but no bed. The house has Fiber Internet, both Wi-Fi and wired, available. My home has recently been completely rebuilt, so everything is new. 420 is ok, if done outside. If U are looking for more than one occupant for the room, we can discuss arrangements. The yard is small, but there's a huge deck off the back door. I will ABSOLUTELY respect your privacy. Street parking. My former partner recently left, so I need help covering the household bills.
