two bedroom Back-house for rent

This is an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that is a house separate from the main house on the property. The front house will have up to three people living there. The ADU will be accommodate up to two persons but no more than that please. The yard will be a shared common area between all persons on the property.

The unit is equipped with a large Samsung refrigerator, a nice gas kitchen stove, a microwave and a high end washer and dryer. There is a gas heater and a wall mounted A/C unit. There are security cameras on the property.

Pets are ok on a case by case bases. It will depend on the pet.

Shared yard with patio and lemon, and avocado trees. Driveway parking for up to two cars. Rent includes electricity, gas, water within reason, and free wifi is available.

Train station within 1.3 miles Bus stop within 700 feet Starbucks, Target, McDonalds and other stores within walking distance.

$40 fee required for screening.

One month deposit required ($2000)

Last 3 months of pay stubs or bank account statements that reflect an income of x2 over the monthly rent.

6-month lease minimum preferred to start with, but this can be negotiated.

The front house is currently occupied by two people. Myself and a female. I am a single male, 41 years old, with no kids and I work I am in the military. The female is in her 30’s who works at a high school, and also part time as a care-giver.
