My boyfriend and I just bought this place earlier this year and are relocating. The plan is to keep a room here for when we come to town for work and rent the other rooms out! We already have one person moving in later this month and is moving from Colorado. We are all super laid back people who enjoy sports, hiking, and the occasional drink. Two rooms for rent in a newly built(summer 2021) 4 bedroom, 3 bath 2100sqft duplex! Gated community with pool for lounge days. Centrally located near shopping, dining and the freeway! Two stories offer an open kitchen, dining and living room with large upstairs loft that acts as a second living room. Room will include shared bathrooms, common spaces and small turf backyard. This house is furnished. Please let me know if you would like to bring your own furniture.
The other tenants are young professionals who occasionally work from home. Looking for a roommate who is laid back(but also fun), clean, and courteous!
