This adventurous abode is located near downtown where you have easy access to everything. (Wicker park, Bucktown, West Town, etc)

The space includes an office/podcast studio/music studio, a huge TV 🖥 with (Four speakers in the ceiling so basically your very own movie theater in the living room), gaming consoles, 🎮 a massage chair 💆‍♂️( full body, it's great ), a Tonal machine 💪(arriving Nov 16, 2022) and an in-unit washer+dryer.

Not to mention there's a taco joint 🌮 right across the street from the building.

We are both working professionals with a penchant for wanderlust, technology, and creative expression. We also have a rambunctious kitten that will make you laugh and warm your heart. We'll be occupying 1 of the 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms are available, same price each.

Note* one room has a bathroom in it so it cost a $150 more.

If needed, we can be flexible on certain terms. For example, limiting where the kitten can roam or implementing quiet hours so that you're not disturbed. We know our building neighbors, the neighborhood is peaceful, all doors have locks, and we understand the importance of diversity - so rest assured that this is a safe space.

The area is very walkable and public transit is close by. You'll likely be able to find an establishment for any of your needs within a 10 minute walk. If you have a car, there is also street parking available as well two gas stations (BP) and a (shell) right outside the building as well as two expressways each going in opposite directions.
