Welcome to your new home! A quiet 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1 car garage house in Las Vegas by the M. It’s a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in a great accessible and open area. About 3 minutes to nearby convenience, gas stations, and the 15. For groceries and restaurants only about 8 minutes south of Silverado Ranch and 8 minutes East of Southern Highlands. Across the street from the home is a quaint park with grass, walking path, tables and grills.
Our house is organized for optimal use for work and hobbies. The right person will have access to the common living spaces and the furnishings, however if solitude is preferred the space is organized to respect that. The available room is upstairs with no adjacent walls aside from the full private bathroom with a west facing window. The bedroom has an east facing window, ceiling fan, central air and a closet and is unfurnished(pictures are for visualization purposes only) so you can organize to your liking! Right up the stairs also is laundry, the media room, and a common living space. There is plenty of open street parking and several security patrols.
Rent is $900 a month and that includes all utilities including: energy, gas, water, high performance WiFi, HOA, trash and sewer.
Costs associated with move in:
$900 rent + $450 security deposit (negotiable depending on profile)
Total: $1350 move in
Contract period of 90 days minimum.
Must give 30 days friendly heads up to move out.
No credit check, must have income.
