Modern building on 2nd Floor. Two bed 1 bath. Modern appliances with in unit washer and dryer, bathtub/shower, Dishwasher, Microwave, AC/Heating, Electric, Wi-Fi/Cable. AC/heating in every room. Available room has large walk in closet, the bigger room. Private doormen. In unit private balcony.

Apartment building has a two floor gym, common work space, game room, massive rooftop view. Yoga discounts to yoga in building, Vera Yoga. Apartment is mostly furnished but there is still Space to bring in your own furniture, appliances etc. This can be discussed, but I will have ultimate say.

Wifi/cable, in unit laundry and ConED are also expenses. This is roughly an additional $150-200 per person. No exceptions here to not opt in.

No full time couples, 1 person only. No pets, although I love them.

Must have working Visa/credit score or be able to front 2 months rent if not. Lease can also be shared in your name. You will need to provide a bank statement or proof of funds to management or me. Monthly rent is managed through a portal via management .

Sep 1 move in. This is for 1 of the private rooms, I will be in the other one.
