I am looking for a responsible roommate to fill a private bedroom in a quiet townhome located in Lawrence. The house is a multi bedroom property with excellent access to the University of Kansas and surrounding amenities. You would be sharing the home with me and potentially one other person.

The available room is a comfortable private space for 650 dollars a month. Utilities including internet, water, gas, electricity, and city trash are split evenly and typically paid monthly upon receipt of the bills.

The townhome features great shared amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The bathroom and shower facilities are shared. Parking is available on the street right outside the home.

We are a pet friendly household, though you will be fully responsible for any damages or deep cleaning your pet requires. Because this is a townhome with shared walls, we maintain a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our neighbors.
