New Home in South Austin with multiple rooms available

Hey! I have a room, or rooms, for rent in my brand new house in South Austin. I recently decided to put down roots in Austin after living here for a year (originally from NY state). About the house- all appliances are brand new, washer and dryer are included, there is a separated living area upstairs so we aren't on top of one another. The overall size of the house is 2,460 sq ft, with 5 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. I'm looking for respectful roommates who are looking for somewhere beautiful to stay at a very affordable price- $850 per month. I will cover the costs for the solar panels that are leased, garbage / disposal fees, and water utilities. Gas, electric, and internet will be shared among all residents.

The home is very close to HEB, Moontower Saloon, LA Fitness, I-35, and about 15-20 minutes to downtown. 78748 area code
