The room is fully furnished and it has all the furniture in it so you don't need to buy extra furniture. The building is built in 2015 so it's very new and clean. It's a rare find in NYC! It's 3 min walk to N train and takes about 25 minutes to Manhattan. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, and coffee shops nearby. It's a Russian/Chinese neighborhood so it's family-oriented and very safe.
